Hi everyone! I'm Sara, a former UWC USA student, graduating in 2015. After UWC, I continued my studies at the University of Chicago, where I majored in economics. I have since been working as a research assistant at the Booth School of Business, also at the University. I currently work on projects in the field of marketing and econometrics (for example, estimating demand models in different industries). 

In the future, I would like to continue to a PhD program in economics (even though I decided on majoring in it relatively late), eventually working on projects in labor economics. Aside from that, I love doing sports (although basketball was my first love, I currently practice weight-lifting) and I'm generally interested in topics surrounding fil and literature (these are really broad, sorry!). 

For me, the years at UWC were some of my best (and, often, the hardest!) periods. I think that's natural, but I did not always know how to deal with such intense emotions, and especially not at the age of sixteent.
