Milan Samardjiski
UWC Robert Bosch College, 2017-2019
In memory of Milan Samardjiski
It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that our friend, fellow student and member of the UWC community, Milan Samardziski passed away in September of 2020. Milan was part of the UWC community since 2016, where he made an indelible mark as a student at UWC Robert Bosch in Germany, and later as a member of the Macedonian National Committee. It is difficult to find the right words to say goodbye.
Milan was an example of everything that the UWC movement strives for. He was a caring and warm person who had the habit of hugging everyone when he met them. He was always ready to lend an ear to anyone, even in moments when he was going through difficulties himself. A brilliant and open mind, full of empathy, wisdom, and principles, Milan left a mark of humanity and kindheartedness in every life that crossed his own. Whether it was in the College in Germany, or at meetups in Skopje, at mathematics competitions or at the performances of his jazz band, anyone that has met Milan has felt his unique energy and his big heart.
Our thoughts are with Milan’s family, his parents and his brother, and everyone who loved him and felt close to him.
We will miss you immensely, dear friend. Thank you for the memories
