At the time of writing, Martin was a researcher at the Prague Institute for Security Studies. Before that, he worked on the legal team of the Hearst media company in New York, where he helped with legal cases that involve journalists and the media industry. Martin has also worked for Transparency International, USAID, and as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins University and Middlebury College in the US. He's interested in an academic career, and his research interests include populism, democracy, and extreme right-wing movements.
